ConTracker E Z is available in three editions. Which version is right for you?

Standard Edition : Recommended for contractors completing between 1 – 5 estimates per week. One person onsite estimate operation, one computer operation. Single user license

Special Edition : Recommended for contractors completing between 5 – 25 estimates per week. One person onsite estimate operation OR one person/multiple estimators with an office manager – ConTracker is maintained in ONLY one location, generally at the office. Five user licenses.

Premium Edition : Recommended for contractors completing 10 or more estimates per week. One person/multiple estimators estimating onsite with an office manager entering information at the office. ConTracker is maintained in the office and onsite. Ten user licenses.

Manage Customer & Employee Contact Information

Enter your customer and employee contact information with ease. Find customer’s easily each and every time you use ConTracker by searching their last/company name or their street address. Employees are found just as easily by looking up their last name.

Create Multiple Estimates for your Customers

You can create as many estimates as you need to for your customers for a variety of industries quickly and easily. ConTracker includes industry specific entry forms for Roofing, Siding and Windows, but with our default form, you can create estimates for other industries as well. ConTracker also makes it easy to manage your estimates by listing all estimates on the Customer’s Contact form.

Create Documents for your Customers, Estimators, Crews, Vendors, and Office Staff

Enter your information once and have all the documents you need to give to your customer, estimator, crew and vendor. ConTracker includes an Estimate Sheet to give to your estimator before he leaves the office, a Proposal to give to your customer once the estimate is complete, a Customer Invoice to give to your customer to receive payment, a Purchase Order to give to your vendor to order materials, a Work Order to give to the crew that mirrors the Proposal, and an Estimate Summary to give to your office manager to start tracking job costs. Examples of the Proposal, Work Order, Purchase Order and Customer Invoice for ConTracker E Z Standard Edition can be found on the reverse side (ConTracker also allows you to print these documents on your own preprinted letterhead).

Enter and Maintain Products and Pricing

ConTracker comes preloaded with labor, material, contract and other products/pricing for roofing, siding, windows, decks and light remodeling. ConTracker is currently featuring CertainTeed Roofing Products, but allows you to modify and/or enter your own.

Sales and Productivity Reports

ConTracker also includes sales and productivity reports. Estimators can easily find what estimates they need to complete, what they have completed and may require follow-up, and what has sold. Managers can track how estimators and marketing sources are doing overall and individually (including their hit ratio).

Tutorial Movies and Support

Use Your Company Logo on Forms

ConTracker E Z Special Edition allows you to import your company logo. Personalize your Proposal, Customer Invoice, Work Order, Purchase Order and Estimate Summary with this feature. Examples of the Proposal, Work Order, Purchase Order and Customer Invoice for Special Edition can be found on the reverse.

Create Estimate Templates

ConTracker already makes estimating easy, templates make it quicker. What are templates? Templates are ways of storing different combinations of the labor, material, other and contract items used to create an estimate. Create a 25-year, 30-year, 40-year, and Lifetime roofing system a template to use over and over again, just change what quantities you need for the size roof you’re estimating. You can also store the quantities, so you could make your template size specific as well by creating a 20 square 25-year system, a 30 square 25-year system and so on. Create a kitchen remodel template, a deck template, 20x20 sunroom template, the possibilities are endless.

Copy Existing Estimates

Copy existing estimates between customers. Copy the estimate to the same customer or choose a different customer. This feature is great when working in neighborhoods with similar house sizes/styles. Increase your efficiency and accuracy when estimating jobs similar to ones you have already estimated.

Network Ready

ConTracker E Z Special Edition comes ready to use on your network. Just install ConTracker on your network server (or master PC) and allow users to use the same data file. Simultaneous use is recommended for data inquiries only.

Transfer Contact Information using AddressGrabber Business

Transfer Customer Contact information to other applications such as Quickbooks, ACT! and Goldmine using AddressGrabber Business. ConTracker E Z Premium Edition includes a single user license to use AddressGrabber Business, a third-party software program that allows you to transfer contact information between many applications, not just ConTracker. With a single click you can automatically create a new customer record that includes the customer’s name and address, email and phone numbers. In addition to typing a customer one time and transferring them to other applications, you can also use this feature to create customer letters using Microsoft Word or Word Perfect.

ConTracker E Z Special Edition includes six months support. This is an upgrade of three months from our Standard Edition.

Product and Pricing Setup

Are your products and pricing already available in a spreadsheet? Follow our data layout and we will import your products and pricing into ConTracker, so that they are ready to use upon receipt of your program.

Professional Customization of Forms

Have a proposal that you’re using and can’t part with it? Have different proposals for different aspects of your business? We will customize up to four forms for you. You tell us what forms you want, and how you want them to look. We do the work for you, making ConTracker as unique as you are. Examples of a Customized Proposal, Work Order, Purchase Order and Customer Invoice that we have completed for our customers can be found on the reverse side.

Synchronize Data Between PC’s

ConTracker E Z Premium Edition allows Laptops that are not in the office to update/share information with PC’s that are in the office. This is a must for companies with multiple estimators who want to complete estimates in the field and share their information with the office. This feature works best in offices that are set up on a network, and field estimators access the network regularly. An advanced understanding of operating systems and networks is recommended, technical assistance may be required.

Lifetime Versions and Support

Keep your version of ConTracker current by getting all future versions as soon as they become available. ConTracker E Z Premium Edition includes all future versions and technical support for the lifetime of the program. A nominal fee is charged each year to maintain this benefit. Here is a sample of what’s to come:

  • Shingle Calculator – enter dimensions for an unlimited amount of areas; indicate pitch and style of roof to determine an accurate number of squares. You can also enter in measurements for eave, valley, hip, ridge and two additional user defined items.

     

  • Quantity Generator – use the dimensions entered in the Shingle Calculator to generate accurate quantities for shingles, felt paper, ridge vent and more.

     

  • Enhanced Product Table – control the way Quantities are generated by entering/modifying waste factor, formula and rounding.

     

  • Save As Template – Now you can create templates from the estimate component screens. Just click Save As, and your current estimate can be saved as a template

     

  • Job Management – know exactly what jobs are sold and not yet started, what are in progress, who is working there, how much is complete, and what is needed for it to be at 100%.

     

  • Correspondence – create mailing labels, follow-up letters/postcards, thank you cards, reminder notices, quality audits and more.
